Rye Brook Plaza's newest store, Lv2bfit, will hold a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with Mayor of Rye Brook, Joan Feinstein, on October 20th at 5:30 P.M.
There will be a live DJ, hors d'oeuvres from Buddha & Skinny Cocktails! Check out the fabulous new location, and try on some of the season's latest trends in fashion fitness attire at Lv2bfit! 10% of proceeds of any items sold from the Grand Opening Event until October 31, 2011 will be donated to Women at Risk, the Breast Cancer Program at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center, whose mission is to enhance the lives of women who are at high risk for and with breast cancer through research, education and support.
Located at 13 Rye Ridge Plaza in an elegant 1642 square foot boutique, local fitness trainer Patty Palmieri combined her two greatest passions: fashion and fitness. The Rye Brook store will carry unique clothing and accessories that will enable Westchester County women to hit the gym in style.
Lv2bfit Founder Patty Palmieri is a local fitness instructor at THE GYM in Armonk, NY, with over 30 years of experience in fitness. She has taught everything from BBX, to interval classes, boot camp and gliding.
"I wanted to give inspiration to all those who enjoy exercise. I truly believe that fitness wear can be "work out, wear out" attire. Wearing a great exercise outfit will make you look great, and looking great makes you feel great and work out harder. As my motto states, "Exercise? Or do you mean Accessorize?" said Palmieri.
